The company owner is Leon R. Day (Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor). In one form or another Leon has been in this business since 1993. Having worked all over Utah, at present we work mostly in Sanpete County doing Land Surveying, Drone Surveying, and Civil Engineering related to land development. We have extensive experience doing subdivisions in Sanpete County. Leon is very knowledgeable concerning the Sanpete County Land use, Subdivision and Road Ordinances having served on the Sanpete County Planning commission for 10 years in the recent past. We can help you get your project approved and completed. We know the rules!

We are experts in property boundary surveys in the Sanpete County area. We have figured out and worked in many of the mountain subdivisions. We strive to locate the boundaries where they were originally set and belong.

Leon is especially qualified to do Boundary Line Adjustments and Boundary Line Agreements, having been part of a Utah Land Surveyors Group that wrote the legislation in the Utah Code. These tools are especially useful for solving complicated boundary issues which are very problematic in the Sanpete Area as well as the whole state.
